1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • A valid order number or invoice is provided
  • The item is not on sale, discounted, or part of a final sale promotion

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Lingerie or innerwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories (jewelry, scarves, etc.)
  • Custom-sized or altered items
  • Items damaged due to improper care, use, or washing

3. Size Issues

If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct one (subject to stock availability). You may need to cover return shipping costs.


4. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Your order ID
    We will replace the item at no additional cost, or offer a refund if replacement is not possible.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via phone, email, or message.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service — we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bKash, Nagad, or the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
